الملخص: | The resource-based theory suggests that in order for a company to sustain its superior performance, it must first identify and understand the capabilities that have led to the high performance. This process would encourage imitation by competitors and make it difficult for the company to sustain its competitive advantage. We propose that by publicizing its management practices, a company can change the behavior of major shareholders and protect the value of its distinctive capabilities. |
