總結: | The study explains the Correlation between lecturers performance and
their work culture. Currently working culture approach can be used in an effort to
improve lecturers performance. Indicators for measuring are work culture as the
main commitment,customer focus, consensus decision making, team work,
continuous improvement, shared value, competition orientation, wealth creation.
Indikators for measuring lecturers performance is teaching, research, services.
This study was used quantitative survey research design. The population were
lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences University of Bengkulu,
which totaled 59 peoples. Sampling technique used is the census so that all
populations sampled in this study. The data was analyzed using Product Moment
by Person. It identifies that hypothesis in this reseacrh is proven. The are
significant correlation between work culture and lecturers performance r=0,464
(p=0,000). The results find that the stronger the work culture, the higher the
performance of the lecturer, the weaker the contrary, the lower the work culture
of lecturers performance |
