th-cuir.39182007-12-27T01:21:03Z สภาพและปัญหาการสอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ State and problems of teaching physical education in elementary schools under the Office of the National Primary Education Commission สุวพร แสงรักษา, 2510- รัชนี ขวัญบุญจัน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. คณะครุศาสตร์ พลศึกษา -- การศึกษาและการสอน (ประถมศึกษา) วิทยานิพนธ์ (ค.ม.)--จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, 2543 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการสอนพลศึกษา ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาแห่งชาติ และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการสอนพลศึกษาระหว่างครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาที่มีวุฒิทางพลศึกษา และไม่มีวุฒิทางพลศึกษา โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยัง ครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาจำนวน 450 ฉบับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืน จำนวน 400 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.00 นำข้อมูลที่ได้รับมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า "ที" (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. สภาพการสอนพลศึกษา โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาเป็นครูที่ไม่มีวุฒิทางพลศึกษา ได้รับการพัฒนาการสอนพลศึกษาน้อย ด้านการสอนพบว่าส่วนใหญ่สอนตามจุดประสงค์และเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร มีอุปกรณ์ สถานที่ ไม่เพียงพอ ส่วนการวัดและประเมินผลมีการวัดและประเมินผลครบทุกด้าน 2. ปัญหาการสอนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย คือปัญหาด้านจุดประสงค์และเนื้อหา, ด้านการสอน, อุปกรณ์ สนาม สถานที่ และการวัดและประเมินผล ปัญหาที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ขาดความรู้และทักษะสำหรับเด็กพิเศษ การจัดทำโครงการสอนระยะยาว สนามกีฬากลางแจ้งและสนามกีฬาในร่มไม่ได้มาตรฐาน จำนวนอุปกรณ์และสื่อการเรียนการสอนไม่เพียงพอ ขาดความรู้ในการใช้เครื่องมือโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ไม่รู้แหล่งอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน งบประมาณประจำปีไม่เพียงพอ และการสร้างแบบวัดเจตคติทางพลศึกษา 3. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการสอนระหว่างครูมีวุฒิกับครูไม่มีวุฒิทางพลศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านจุดประสงค์ และเนื้อหามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The purposes of this study were to investigate the state and to compare problems of teaching physical education in elementary schools under the Office of the National Primary Education Commission between majored and non-majored in physical education teachers. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 450 majored and non-majored in physical education teachers. Four hundred or 89.00 percent of questionnaires were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means, standard deviation, and t-test. The results were as follow: 1. State of teaching: most of the physical education teachers were non-majored in physical education and were little developed in teaching. Most teachers taught accordance with objectives and content of curriculum and instruction. There were insufficient in facilities. All items of the objectives were measured and evaluated. 2. Problems of teaching: the problem of objectives and content of curriculum, method of teaching, facilities and measurement and evaluation were atthe low level. The problems in knowledge and teaching skill for exceptional children, long-term teaching plans, out-door and in-door playing areas, equipments and learning aids, knowledge in using learning aids, equipments resources in teaching, budget and attitude test construction were at the high level. 3.
