th-cuir.190102014-02-05T13:27:27Z ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของกรุงเทพมหานคร The morale of physical education teachers in Bangkok metropolis elementary schools สุชาติ วิภาสธวัช รัชนี ขวัญบุญจัน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ขวัญในการทำงาน วิทยานิพนธ์ (ค.ม.)--จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, 2525 การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาขวัญของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานครโดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานครในเขตชั้นในและเขตชั้นนอกรวมทั้งสิ้น 200 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 170 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85 นำผลที่ได้จากการเก็บข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ตามวิธีสถิติโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ขวัญของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานครอยู่ในระดับสูงในด้าน ความรู้สึกภูมิใจและเห็นความสำคัญของงาน ความเชื่อมั่นในการบริหารของผู้บังคับบัญชา โอกาสก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งงาน ความสัมพันธ์อันดีในหน่วยงาน การมีโอกาสได้ร่วมกำหนดนโยบาย การยอมรับของเพื่อนร่วมงานและมีขวัญอยู่ในระดับต่ำในด้าน ความพึงพอใจสภาพการทำงาน สวัสดิการในการทำงาน การได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างยุติธรรม 2. ขวัญของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานครในเขตชั้นในและเขตชั้นนอกไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 The purpose of this research was to study the morale of physical education teachers in Bangkok Metropolis Elementary Schools. The questionnaires were constructed and sent to 200 physical education teachers in Bangkok Metropolis Elementary School in the inner and outer areas, 85 percent of the questionnaires were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of means and standard deviations. A “t” test was also employed to determine the significant difference. It was found that: 1. The morale of physical education teacher in Bangkok Metropolis elementary schools was at the high level in the aspects of: - pride in the job ; confidence in management ; chance for growth and advancement ; friendliness and cooperation of members ; participation in policy formulation ; status and recognition. And was at the low level in the aspects of : job satisfaction ; employee service and security; fair treatment. 2.
