This research is an investigation into the investors’ attitudes towards the Catalist. The main purpose of this research is to determine the readiness of Singapore retail investors through four research objectives, namely; (a) their awareness of the market and its rules; (b) their acceptability towards the sponsor concept; (c) the suitability between Singapore retail investors and the Catalist and lastly (d) the willingness of Singapore retail investor to invest in the market.
