الملخص:This research was conducted to examine the maids’ food safety knowledge, to assess the prevailing food handling behaviours of maids in the home kitchens, to determine the role of maid employment agencies in food safety training, and to investigate the consistencies in the maids’ self-reported level of food safety knowledge and behaviours, the observed food safety behaviours, and the major violations in food safety by maids.
