| Summary: | The purpose of this study is to improve the business process made by the Lola
Corazon Leisure Farm. It aims to provide more service by implementing an online billing
and reservation system where people can inquire, reserve, and pay online. It will be easier
for the customers because they won’t have to go to the place to check the facilities and to
inquire because the priority of the proponents while doing the study is them.
The proponent started the study by interviewing the staff and the manager of the park to
get the information on their existing system and it seems that they are doing it manually,
writing reservations in a logbook, writing receipts, etc. Based on the information given to
the proponents, they were able to know how to improve the park’s existing system.
The result to the study is that it is now easy for the customers to check out the facilities
and amenities, reserve their chosen amenity, pay for the reservation fee, and save time. |
