Library Director Perla T. Garcia was appointed one of the three (3) members of the Board for Librarians (BFL) of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Garcia took her Oath of Office in the presence of Chairman Antonieta Fortuna Ibe at the PRC. Her term of office ends on December 5, 2005.
