To explore the experiences of Filipino school counselors in the delivery of school counseling services during the COVID-19 pandemic, the current study utilized a qualitative descriptive research design and conducted in-depth online interviews among 30 Filipino Registered School Counselors. Results revealed seven overarching themes: 1) Counselors pandemic experience in the adjustment to the online delivery, 2) Counselors addressed the unique needs of students during the pandemic, 3) Counselors’ allocated their time towards pressing needs of the clientele, 4) Counselors experience challenges unique to the pandemic, 5) Counselors support and resources to deliver online services, 6) Counselors planning, development and management in the online delivery of school counseling services; and, 7) The pandemic brought in the opportunity for online/hybrid services. The study showed that School Counselors learn to adapt with the challenges experienced to make innovations in the remote emergency delivery of school counseling.
