總結: | Paradigm changing process of good governance results in improved
performance of government demands a continuous basis. Public services quality
(effective and efficient) to be the main demand for each service element that must
be done by the government. The higher public services quality, the higher public
confidence to the government, so public participation against government policies
have also increased. Rewards is one strategy that can be done in improving
performance. The organizational rewards is an effort to boost the Sleman�s
Regency organizations service quality, as well as one instrument to measure their
performance of regional government in basic tasks function.
This study aims to describe and analyze the awards program�s
implementation and determine strategies that can be done in Sleman�s District
Government officials and staffs awards program. It intended that this research can
provide input to more accurate decision-making process for Sleman�s District
Government ranks of leadership. This study using primary and secondary data.
Primary data from unstructured interviews with people who are considered to
provide adequate information. Secondary data obtained from files (archives)
literature method and basis for determining the amount of rewards and the rules
underlying it.
This research is use descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results
