Summary:The potential of fresh cow's milk production venture in Garut mostly in KUD abundant enough that reach Cilawu 5000 litres per day. For it is necessary to the processing of fresh milk, the existence of the processing is intended also to supplement income for breeders because of processed milk selling points with fresh milk. Tools that are designed to expect able to keep the quality of milk and may reduce the amount of microbes in fresh milk so worthy to be consumed.
