Summary:ABSTRACT Research on Leucaena diversifolia resistency against Leucaena psyllid (Heteropsylla cubana Crawford) was conducted in The Forest Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Forestry Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta, during October 1989 to June 1990. Acacia vilosa and L. leucocephalla were also used in this research as comparation. Completely Randomized Design was applied in the research method. Results of the research showed that L. diversifolia was attacked by leucaena psyllid with the damage intensity of about 33 percent and intensity of injury of about 35 percent respectively, but the insect was failed to develop into adult stage. The resistency mechanism of this plant concluded to be antibiosis. INTISARI Penelitian ketahanan jenis tanaman Leucaena diversifolia terhadap serangan kutu Ioncat lamtoro (Heteropsylla cubana Crawford) dikerjakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Hutan Fakultas Kehutanan UGM Yogyakarta, pada bulan Oktober 1989 sampai bulan Juni 1990. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pula jenis tanaman Acacia vilosa dan Leucaena leucocephalla sebagai pembanding dan menggunakan rancangan acak sernpurna (CRD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa L. diversifolia diserang oleh kutu loncat lamtoro dengan intensitas serangan sebesar 33% dan intensitas kerusakan sebesar 35%, namun demikian kutu tersebut tidak dapat menyelesaikan siklus hidupnya. Jenis tanaman ini memiliki mekanisme ketahanan antibiosis.
