Summary:.. The determination of trace elements in cow's milk and powdered cow milk by Neutron Activation Analysis' (NAA) were investigated. The role of Fe, Mn, Zn, Br, Cu and Rb in metabolism and nutritive values is well known. Samples of cow's milk, full cream powdered cow's milk and instant powdered cow's milk were weighed and filled into polyethylene vial. Samples of cow's milk were dried in oven before irradiated. A part of sampleS were irradiated for 100 hours in Triga Mark II reactor at Bandung. Another part of samples were irradiated for 30 minutes in Kartini reactor at Yogyakarta. After cooling, samples were counted with Ge (Li) detector in gamma spectrometer for 500 seconds. Concentration of trace, elements were calculated by Guinn method. Averages concentration of Fe, Mn, Zn, Br, Cu and Rh elements in Cow's milk were 2,84, 0,56, 31,93, 13,8, 0,87 and 28,51 ppms
