The aim of the study by the title \"The validity donation and Money Management Agency Endowments Money / Cash Majelis Ulama Indonesia Yogyakarta province\" is to know the validity of the donation money is made by the BWU/T MUI DIY donation and to learn about money management of waqf is done by BWU/T MUI DIY when viewed from Islamic law and law Number 41 Year 2004 about Waqf. This study is included in category a juridical empirical research, means that the research that conducted to get the primary data related to the things in the field and also the matters which related to the research topics and the secondary data. Primary data get from the interview directly to the respondent who related the research problem. Secondary data get from some book/literature to explain about the primary data. Result of the research analyzed by using descriptive qualitative approach. 1. Implementation cash waqf Board conducted By BADAN WAKAF UANG/TUNAI MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL PROVINCE (BWUT MUI DIY) is valid because it has been qualified and pillars according Shar'ie but not appropriate according to the legislation because it has not been registered. 2. Donation management according to Law No. 41 of 2004 and Islamic law is essentially the same. Nazhir that should continue to keep immortality waqf property and not to be reduced substantially. BWUT MUI DIY has made every effort in order to keep waqf property maintained continuity with the waqf property investing in BPD DIY syariah was registered as a member of the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
