| 總結: | Background: Limited access in remote areas in health care raises Maternal
Mortality and Infant Mortality is still high so needed services can reduce Maternal
Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate. Therefore, it needs a new breakthrough
in the form of Mobile Health Service overland through the cooperation of
resources at the central, provincial and district levels.
Objective: To obtain a picture of the Mobile Health Service program in improving
access to maternal health services.
Method: This study is a qualitative ethnography focus. Local research subjects
who received health care team mobile the number of ten people and health
workers who are Health Care Team Mobile number two. Data were collected by
means of observation, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
Results: Health services in Somografi was conducted by visiting some
villages. With only two health workers, the visit was only done once a week to
one village. The officers have to share in the main village to serve people from
different village who needs health assistance. As there is only one midwife in the
main village, then those who are in delivery were assisted by the sister. Midwives
monitor maternal health through P4K program and empower the role of a sister
surrounding maternal mother. There are many health workers who asked to move
as the incentive is too small and unfair. Lack of transparency in the financial
budget in the Primary Health Care, the amount, the type of activities planned,
budget allocation, summary, absorption, accountability activities are the cause of
the limited health care provider in the health service. Improved maternal health
that occurs in Somografi is that the mothers start telling midwives and other
health problems such as they have started to use family planning, and delivery
mother is rarely evacuated.
