Karimunjawa is one of the natural potential which is owned by Indonesia in terms of natural wealth at birth. Then later declared a National Marine Park area by the Minister of Forestry decree No. 161 / Menhut-II / 1988 (Suharsono, 1996). Under the tourism development plan in Central Java, Karimunjawa National Park has integrated sea including the development of the north coast region of the eastern part of the region of Demak-Kudus-Jepara-Rembang. Nature tourism activities in the utilization zone Karimunjawa Marine National Park still has a tremendous opportunity to be developed. The development of the tourism sector, in particular to increase the frequency of tourist visits and extended length of stay of tourists in the region, requiring a lot information. The purpose of this study was to determine the tourist activity in the tourist destination of Karimunjawa Marine National Park and to know travelers perception towards Object Nature Marine National Park of Karimunjawa. The method used in this study is a survey method using questionnaire as a tool to capture visitor data. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling the sampling is not specified in advance and occur by chance at the time of data collection. In determining the size of the sample to be taken from a population used Slovin formula. The number of respondents was 100 persons taken. The results showed that the tourist activity in the location of attractions Karimunjawa Marine National Park is mostly a tourist activity is swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating and the activity of overland tours ie walking - the road and see the sights. Activity that most travelers are mostly done by walking - the road and see the sights, then snorkeling, boating swimming, while the least desirable is diving and fishing. Travelers perceptions about the quality of attractions that include all of the questions in the questionnaire is worth 19.1% or good, the location facility sights worth 28.88% or very good, the location of services provided tourist attraction worth 15.1% or good.
