| Summary: | This final report describes the Dynamic Records System (incoming mail)
in Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan (BARPUS) Provinsi Jawa Tengah. This final
report discusses the technical implementation of Dynamic Records System, tools
and materials as well as the Dynamic Filing System can be found in the Filing
System Dynamic constraints and the solution by Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan
Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
This final report used four methods, the first methods is library studies
which used to obtain data based on clear and reliable sources to the selected
theme. Second, interviews to obtain data that is less than perfect and get more
detailed information from personal sources who are experts in this field. Third,
observation or participant observation data collection - the data directly necessary
for the preparation of the final report writer application and determine the extent
of archival science with the reality on the ground. This observation activities
conducted by the Field Work Practice in the agency concerned in accordance with
the theme. Fourth, the documentation is intended to provide evidence of activities
performed during field work practices. These four methods are interrelated with
each other to generate relevant data and sources to compile the final report.
The main conclusion of this report is Dynamic Filing System especially
for incoming mail in the Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah has
been performing well |
