總結:The final report entitled â��Records and Acrhives Automation in Seksi Pengelolaan Arsip Kantor Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Yogyakartaâ��. Field Work Practice aims to get information about the application of records and archives automation and use of information technology infrastructure and to compare the processes that occur in the records and archives automation are suitable with their regulations. The problem is control of electronic mail policy and kartographic with the reality on the field and obstacles encountered during the practice in the Kantor Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Yogyakarta. The writing of the Final Report uses three methods: Interview, Observation, and Library Studies. The interview is a method of conducting to complete the data, so get more detail information from the personal sources. Second method is observation, which use direct observation to process the records and archives automation control messages in Seksi Pengelolaan Arsip Kantor Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Yogyakarta. Third is the library studies, which used to get the reference about automation systems. The conclusion of this final report that the records and archives automation process in the Kantor Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Yogyakarta needs to upgrade the implementation record and archive systems, especially the competency of human resources.
