總結: | Banguntapan is one of Bantul District in which the land is great demanded to clear land for housing. Many requests for land make the information about the condition of the land, including land prices, becomes important information. The aim of this study is to make the map of the land price estimation using the application of remote sensing and geographic information was systems (GIS) and to know the parameters of the data of anything land price estimation that can be taken from remote sensing imagery.
The method used in this study is a weighted tiered quantitative with rating and weighting. The application of remote sensing which is used is image interpretation, and the application of GIS which is used is spatial analysis in the form of an overlay and network analysis in the form of service area. The parameters used to make the map of land price estimation in the form of land using, positive land accessibility, negative land accessibility, and the completeness of utilities.
The result of this study is in the District Banguntapan there are 65.27% with low land price estimation, 31.91% with moderate prices, and 2.28% with a high price. This study has shortcomings such as incomplete data was used for the suburbs in the District Banguntapan which its analysis also be influenced by the surrounding area (outside of the District Banguntapan), thus causing the data processing particularly in rating and weighting process be less than the maximum. |
