Every process of building structure, especially in pouring process, therefore needs to repaired. Based on these problems it is necessary to check the postscasting concrete. Similarly, the Quest Hotel Solo project which is under the structure of the work. It aims to assess the results of casting to the planning standards to get quality concrete quality according to plan. In this project used concrete K-300 with slump value of 12 ± 2 cm. The evaluation process uses a method of Non-Conformance Report (NCR), which reports the discrepancies the failure to meet the requirements of casting concrete results. visual concrete evaluation, judged by physical form concrete form work when unloaded. Based on the evaluation during the study, the results of casting concrete which fulfill the requirements or not there is a defect, will be continued on the next job. While the results were classified as non conformance (NC) as porous, less average casting results, there is dirt and so forth, then the evaluation carried out for improvement. NC porous column is a common postcasting, so that part of the loss must be done immediately filling with cement paste to get better quality results.
