| الملخص: | As one of the great powers in the world, which is identified by its economic and
military capacity, along with its prominent position in international organizations, China
has been aspiring to be more than the current label it has. The aspiration to be a
�responsible great power� comes along naturally and contractually with the growth of its
prominence in the world. However, one of the main criteria to achieve the label is to
actively participate and obey the international obligations and international law, which
China has renowned to be having serious issue in human rights practices. This thesis will
analyze how human rights issue affect the process of China becoming a �responsible great
powers� with international society as the main methodology to solve the research question. |
