Travel bureau is a service provider planning travel or services governance and tourism, including the travel worship.In a bureau travel needed role tour leader serve as coordinator and set daily activities as mentioned in tour itinerary or program travel. Final Task talk about the role tour leader in the operational tour ranging from Transfer In-Tour-Transfer Out and strategies tour leader in increase service quality Transfer In-Tour-Transfer Out. With the purpose to know role tour leader in the operational tour ranging from Transfer In-Tour-Transfer Out and to know strategy tour leader in increase service quality Transfer In-Tour-Transfer Out. The study is done at prasadam tour by using the method of data by observation, interview documentation, kepustakaan research and analysis of data. The conclusion can be drawn from this research that one indication in success a tourist activity is the role of leader, tour duty of a tour leader in principle divided into three namely Transfer In-Tour-Transfer Out.In strategy increase service quality transfer in-tour-transfer out a tour leader should have serving ability quickly and right.
