The increase in the number of tourists to Yogyakarta (DIY) add to the growing rise building construction. Storey building has a kind of structure which is more than a simple house, one of which is the foundation. Implementation of the foundation work that does not work smoothly affect the quality of the foundation that has been designed. To that end, an evaluation of the existing foundation that meets the eligibility requirements of the building. The purpose of this report was to determine the value of bearing capacity, actual capacity and methods of making the drilled foundation. Method in this report were interviews, observation, library research, documentation and analysis using methods Meyerhoff. The analysis showed value of bearing capacity deep foundations 23 m diameter 80 cm by 486,86 tons, while diameter of 100 cm by 726,65 tons. PDA results showed two foundations fail because its value is less than analysis. Failures are the foundation of a diameter of 80 cm number 30 with PDA test results for 377 tons and a diameter of 100 cm foundations number 278 with a yield of 549,7 tons.
