Semarang is a city in Indonesia which has high mobility in the process of fulfilling the needs of the living. It is characterized by a large number of construction construction in various fields. This development process have an impact on improving aspects of life, but also followed environmental problems. Environmental development efforts in the management of sustainable development efforts and insightful environment is expected to be able to support the community in meeting the needs of his life with permanent attention to the environment. Sustainable development and environmentally conscious efforts are planned and that blends aspects of the environment and the alignment of the environmental, social, and economic aspects into the development strategy to ensure the integrity of the environment as well as the safety, capacity, quality of life and well-being, generation of present and future generations. The City Government should start heading on the principle of ekosentrisme, where ethics is so pay attention to the balance of nature, sustainability and the continuity of nature. Proper development is development that is aimed at improving the welfare of society but keeping and preserving sustainable borne nature so as not to cause environmental problems. Galtung explained related ekosentrisme, that all actions and patterns of human life should always be aligned and in harmony with nature, which is the space of human life itself. Nature will provide benefits when humans are able to cultivate and preserve nature with good, so come by the reciprocal relationship of mutual benefit. Sustainable development and environmentally sound represent existence than ethics environment especially ethical ekosentrime demonstrated by the balance between the nature development should run and preserve nature which must always guarded carefully.This has become the first step in solving problem of environment in the city of semarang gradually future, managing and recover as well as the preventive measures in the future.
