總結:The walking bleach is an intra coronal bleaching technique which is performed by application of a paste containing 35% hydrogen peroxide (Opalesence endo, Ultradent). Application of cervical barrier was required to reduce the risk of external resorption. Microleakage is a dynamic factor occurring at tooth-restoration interface. RMGIC and compomer are commonly used as cervical barriers. The aim of this study was to compare the microleakage of RMGIC (Fuji II, LC) and compomer (Dyract flow,Dentsply) as a cervical barrier. A total of 30 human mandibular premolars were used in this study. The crown were sectioned horizontally at 4 mm from CEJ and the roots 4 mm from CEJ. The pulp chamberwas preparedconically where the cross cut was oval shape with 4 cm length and 3 cm width coronally and 3 cm length and 2 cm width apically. Fifteen teeth were treated with RMGIC and 15 teeth with compomer. The teeth were ramdomly divided into 6 groups of 5 premolars. Group A1 RMGIC without bleaching procedure, Group A2 RMGIC with 1 times bleaching procedure, A3 RMGIC with 3 times bleaching procedure, group B1 compomer without bleaching procedure, B2 compomer with 1 times bleaching procedure, and B3 with 3 times bleaching procedure. Hydrogen peroxide was placed in access cavity and teeth were restored with Cavit (ESPE Dental, Seefeld, Germany), incubated at 37 o C at a relative humidity with 100%. . The bleaching agent were replaced every 3 days. All the tooth surface were covered by two layer of nail varnish, immersed in 2% metylen blue for 24 hours. Microleakage was evaluated using electron microscope. Statistical analysis were performed using 2 way Anova followed by LSD test. The result showed that there were significant different on the microleakage between RMGIC compare to compomer of control group and one time bleaching (A1 and B1) and there were no significant different on group with three times bleaching.
