Medicine storage and distribution management in Hospitals should be managed efficiently. Pharmacy Department of Cilacap Regional General Hospital should perform efficiency evaluation as long-term monitoring of medicine storage and distribution. This study was conducted to discover the efficiency level and efficiency factors of medicine storage and distribution management. This study was a retrospective and prospective descriptive study. Retrospective data was data from 2012 while prospective data was from July to August 2013. The data was qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained using questionnaires and in-depth interviews with related parties, while quantitative data was obtained from surveys on prescriptions, surveys on medicine, and financial statements. The data was analyzed using efficiency indicators from Department of Health of Republic of Indonesia, WHO, and Pudjaningsih, and then compared with standard scores or research results to discover inefficiency. The research results showed that medicine storage was inefficient, i.e. conformity of medicine to stock cards was 11%, conformity of medicine placement to guide in pharmacy warehouse 80%, expired medicine 0,04%, TOR 4,78 times/year. Medicine storage was efficient in medicine placement according to the guide in pharmacy service. Medicine distribution indicators were inefficient, correctly labeled medicine was 52%, medicine which couldn�t be served 14%, average serving time of compounded prescriptions is 81,73 minutes. Patients� satisfaction to pharmacy service was 82 %, nurses� satisfaction 31%, and doctors� satisfaction 50%. Factors influencing medicine storage were: a) Unupgraded computer software
