الملخص:Existing freight elevator Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Gadjah Mada University Vocational School was broken in because sensor for movement up the lift can not be read. This is because the sliding on rails too loose, so the position is shifted approximately 2cm from the box. Sliding guide should be set to on a regular basis to avoid dislocation box. When the motion sensor is not able to read the electric motor will spin continuously, even though their positions on the side of the box is hit. This is because pulley rotates while a stalled swipe wire rope and wire rope eventually broke up due to friction / heat. Freight elevator repairs focused on mechanical and control systems. Mechanical repairs include making and replacement parts are damaged as pulleys, box and wire rope. Improvements of the control system include the replacement cables, replacement of PLC and PLC programming. Checking the freight elevator to be conducted periodically. In improvements this time, programming is made in such a way that when the sensor fails to read the movement of the box for 35 seconds then the electric motor automatically stop and a warning buzzer sounds. This is to anticipate the rupture wire rope, if the motor rotates continuously.
