| الملخص: | One of component that producted in PT. Sari Takagi Elok Produk is lower bracket. Process in fabrication of this product are : blanking process, piercing process, bending process and welding process. And then there is increment one process from customer. That process is tapping process. Because this product have complicated form, so for the tapping process PT. Sari Takagi Elok Produk have to use tool that can make tapping process easier. As the answer for that problem is use the “Tapping lower bracket jig”. Tapping lower bracket jig used to facilitate tapping process. Tapping lower bracket jig is a special tool that is used only to help the process of making the product lower bracket screw. Expected with the manufacture and use of tapping lower bracket jig can assist in the production process of making the lower bracket screw on the product as easy as possible and as short as possible. The time required in the manufacture of the product lower bracket screw using lower bracket tapping jig must meet the target product workmanship, which is 28 sec / pcs or 1000 pcs / day (8 hours). |
