總結:The use of fossil fuels for conventional power plants in the long term will drain oil, gas and coal resources. So renewable energy utilization that more environmentally friendly concepts such as wind and solar heat must be optimized. This is our reason to make hybrid concept between wind and solar heat. This hybrid concept combining solar panels and turbines savonius as equipment conversion of solar energy and wind energy. It is to gain a greater output than the solar panels and turbines savonius who work on their own. Turbines savonius are made with single stage type and double stage type to find best design that can absorb energy from various wind directions. Turbines savonius is tested in Lab. and in the beach to compare the best turbin in actual condition. Output generator and solar panels are tested to measure current and voltage that producted with Data Acquisition System. From measurement and data analysis, double stage turbine is greater in actual condition or testing in the beach because turbin tipe savonius actually can absorb energy from various wind directions. Aplication of system hybrid is very usefull when light intensity is decrease whereas wind flow is increase or the other way. So battery can be supplied by one or both of energy resources
