| Summary: | Nowadays, dental health care become more populer, and increase
the encounters of dental clinic. For a qualified service and avoiding
human error, cumputerize service can be a choice to be taken.
Electronic medical record facilitate and accelerate the work of officer
in giving health service. But, it also important to assure the confidential of
patient record. A computerize medical record information system need to
be planned in order to produce an output that appropriate to the needs of
user, for example in making a report. In this information system design,
need to be made a database and user interface design first, so then can be
made the whole information system to solve the problem of user needs.
The objective of this plan is to know the right database and user interface
design for dental clinic.
