الملخص:This study entitled Evaluation of Development Strategy of Bank Mandiriâ��s Micro Business is aimed to analyze the strenghts, weaknesses, threats and oppotunities factors facing by Bank Mandiri in their micro business competition, evaluating the implementation of development strategy in dealing with micro business competition and identify alternative strategies needed to impove its performance. The results of SWOT analysis in this study are expected to provide an overview and input for the management of Bank Mandiri, especially Micro Business Development Group dan Micro Network Development Group for a reliable strategis planning for its micro businesses. This study use primary and secondary data, in which primary data is generated from observation and interviews with the management of Bank Mandiri about external and internal environmental conditions of the company, in which secondary data is generated from data published by BI and BPS. Data were analyzed with industry characteristics analysis, five forces analysis, industryâ��sdriving forces analysis, key success factors and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development strategy being undertaken by Bank Mandiri is line with the best strategy choices made by the author. However, it still needs to be focused on developing markets for existing products and developing products pursued by its potential regional in order to make a suistanable growth in micro business.
