الملخص: | This research is a case study that aims to provide recommendations to the
High Net Worth Individual client regarding the protection of wealth, investment
management, and retirement planning based on the three pillars of wealth
management. Wealth management is based on the client's risk profile as measured by
two types of questionnaires. The results of measurements of the client's risk profile
questionnaire is known to conservatives.
Recommendations are given to client, third son, and fourth son as a strategy
of self-protection is a unit link PRUlink Syariah Assurance Account and purchase a
raider as a health insurance in the form of Pru Hospital and Surgical. Furthermore, the
authors recommend the client to protect assets primarily apartment properties as one
form of client�s business through property insurance Simas Rumah Hemat + +. The
next recommendation, Simas Mobil as a vehicle insurance to protect the client�s three
cars.
Asset management in this research using two investment scenarios on the
basis of asset allocation investment according client's risk tolerance. Return on
investment through the scenario I generate an increasing amount of net worth Rp
1.474.060.000,00 one year later and scenario II of Rp 1.415.360.000,00 period a year
later. Suitability investment allocations can generate returns which impact on the
planned increase in wealth client�s as funds are prepared to retire clients within 8
years. |
