الملخص: | One of the airport services unit was Apron Movement Control (AMC). The workload of the
AMC at the airport Adisutjipto yogyakarta becomes very important to maintain the safety of flight.
In order to determine the level of mental workload AMC and maintain flight safety at the airport
Adisutjipto it is necessary to test the mental workload AMC personnel at the airport the next
Adisutjipto can be a reference for implementing employment services.
This study analyzed used subjective Workload Assessment Technique method (SWAT).
Data taken from 8 AMC personnel Adisutjipto Yogyakarta airport and data for 1 week. AMC
personnel been asking about the mental workload of the main tasks performed and the data to
determine the aircraft parked at the top of parked aircraft, number of aircraft parking one load per
day and AMC personnel.
The results of data processing by using software SWAT coefficient obtained kendall worth
0.8035 and showed that AMC personnel working with the distribution percentage is 34.87%
variable to factor T (time) and 30.79% for factor E (Effor) and 3.33% for the S factor (stress). This
shows the mental workload AMC personnel Adisutjipto Yogyakarta airport is in a category lower
workload. |
