الملخص: | PT. Bank BPR Jatim has 74 offices in East Java and have to compete
with the 484 rural banks in East Java. IS/IT that has been used have not been able
to integrate the entire office. Processing, delivery, and presentation of information
is still not integrated and not real-time. So that management believes investment
IS/IT that have been issued yet to benefit the organization, especially of service to
customers. Management wants to have the development of IS/IT developments
planned and in accordance with the organization. To plan the development of
IS/IT strategic planning is necessary both IS/IT.
Strategic planning in this study using the method of Ward and Peppard.
In this study conducted an internal analysis of a business using SWOT analysis
and value chain, as well as external business analysis using PEST analysis,
Porter's 5 Force. Besides internal analysis and external IS/IT.
The results of strategic planning / IT in the form of a portfolio of
applications that are divided into four quadrants: strategic, high potential, support,
and key operational. The portfolio contains 16 IS/IT needed by PT. Bank BPR
Jatim. |
