總結:The purpose of the study was to examine whether the Teacher Readiness Training Program to overcome bullying using role play method could improve knowledge and skill of teacher in overcoming bullying at school. The training was attended by 16 teachers of two different elementary schools, who were then divided into two groups, experiment and control groups. Based on assessment towards students and the knowledge of teachers, bullying had been identified in both schools. Participants of the study were teachers who had low or medium level of knowledge. The measurement to find out about teachersâ�� readiness to overcome bullying was conducted using knowledge and skill of teacher scale. Later at the end of the experiment, teachersâ�� skill was measured using observation. The design of the research was quasi experiment using the untreated control group design with pre-test and post-test. The manipulation given was the Teacher Readiness Training Program to overcome bullying using role play method. Quantitative data analysis was conducted with non parametric method using Mann-Whitney Test. Gain score of teachersâ�� knowledge of participants in the experiment and control groups showed significant difference with Z = -3,027 and significance level of 0,002 (p<0,05). Gain score of teachersâ�� skill of participants in the experiment and control groups with Z = -2,808 and significance level of 0,005 (p<0,05). The analysis used to examine the correlation between knowledge and skill was Spearman method, The result showed significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). The correlation between the result of skill based on scale measurement and skill based on observation was 0,006 (p<0,01). The correlation between the result of knowledge based on scale measurement and knowledge based on observation was 0,006 (p<0,01). The effective contribution of training towards participantsâ�� skill was as much as 88%
