| 總結: | Backgorund : Nursing information management in the neonatus intensive
care unit still running manually. Its affected the quality of nursing
documentation and increase the workload. The hospital information system
newly implemented could not be optimally utilized to manage the nursing
information. Nursing information system was developed to provide an
overview of information needs of nurses and can be considered to develop
nursing modules in hospital information system.
Objective : The aim of this study is to produce a prototype nursing
information system at neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) Cirebon Gunung
Jati Hospital.
Methods : This research used qualitative approach to identify the problems of
existing nursing information, the opportunity to implement and formulate the
design of a prototype nursing information system. The data was collected by
observation, study documentation, in-depth interviews and focussed group
discussion. The data analysis begins with data reduction, data presentation
and conclusions.
Results : The existing system is still not meet the expectations of nurses in
managing information and found some weakness. This condition provides an
opportunity to implement a nursing information system by considered
supporting factors such as leadership, nursing participation, computer and
network facilities, a development of information technology and positive
impact on the quality nursing service. Based on the analysis of the
information needs of nurses has produced a prototype nursing information
system.
Conclusion : The prototype has been designed can meet the expectations
and information needs of nurses and can provide input for the development of
nursing modules contained in hospital information system. |
