الملخص:Pemalang Regency has an area of 996.1 km2 with a population of Islamic religion totaling 1,490,948 people (BPS, 2018). Pemalang Regency is located on the main arterial route of the north coast of Java Island, Central Java Province. The grand mosque is the center of religious and educational activities. The mosque is one of the important icons to attract tourists. The mosque structure consists of 4 main floors and 1 parking basement. Parking spaces are evaluated based on mosque needs with a similar mosque literature approach and calculation of mosque capacity based on the function and area of the mosque. Parking demand data is changed to the number of cars and motorbikes through data on the number of vehicles in Pemalang. The number of vehicles converted into the required parking area and parking layout is designed based on “Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Fasilitas Parkir” Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat No : 272/HK.105/DRJD/96. This number becomes data for queue analysis in and out of parking facilities and LHR for loading on the calculation of pavement thickness. Analysis of the impact of traffic due to generation and attraction of the functions of the Nurul Kalam Mosque building is reviewed on the road around the mosque in the form of increasing degrees of saturation of the road. Parking layout is a benchmark in determining drainage channels and catchment area. The size of the drainage channel is adjusted to the intensity of the rain and the flow velocity of the plan. Based on the analysis, the need for parking space is greater than the existing basement so that additional parking is needed. Pavement is designed with a minimum ITP standard of 6.1. The degree of saturation after the mosque functioned ranged from 0.4 to 0.5 so it did not require treatment.
