Some considerations are given as a guideline to determine the number of the indexed block level in the Indexed Sequential file. The existing EGAT inventory system is used as a bench mark for the comparison of the performance of the Indexed Sequentile file designed by the established procedure. The total average processing time is reduced to approximately 60 % of the present EGAT inventory system. ในระยะ 20 ปี ที่ผ่านมาได้มีการพัฒนาการออกแบบองค์กรแฟ้มข้อมูลอยู่เสมอเพื่อให้สามารถค้นหาระเบียบข้อมูลที่ต้องการได้สะดวก ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว โดยพยายามออกแบบแฟ้มข้อมูลให้ใช้เวลาในการค้นหาระเบียบข้อมูลที่ต้องการน้อยที่สุด งานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาหามาตรการในการกำหนด จำนวนระเบียบในบล็อกเพื่อให้ขนาดอุตตมะของบล็อกในแฟ้มข้อมูลแบบอนุบรรพเชิงดัชนี มีดัชนีเพียงระดับเดียวและ 2 ระดับ โดยมุ่งหวังให้เวลาที่ใช้ไปในการค้นหาระเบียบข้อมูลที่ต้องการน้อยที่สุดจากผลการทดลองพบว่าเมื่อแฟ้มข้อมูลถูกออกแบบอย่างถูกต้องให้มีดัชนีเพียงระดับเดียวเวลาที่ใช้ในการค้นหาระเบียบข้อมูลโดยเฉลี่ยจะเหลือเพียงประมาณร้อยละ 60 ของเวลาที่ใช้ไปในแฟ้มข้อมูลปัจจุบัน ของระบบพัสดุคงคลังของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการวิจัยคือ สามารถนำมาตรการที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปใช้ในการออกแบบแฟ้มข้อมูลแบบอนุบรรพเชิงดัชนีเพื่อให้เวลาที่ใช้ไปในการค้นหาระเบียบข้อมูลที่ต้องการน้อยที่สุดและเป็นการใช้เวลาคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างประหยัด นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำแนวคิดในลักษณะนี้ไปปรับปรุงแฟ้มข้อมูลที่องค์กรแบบอื่นอีกด้วย 130 pages ระบบ -- การวิเคราะห์ พัสดุ -- การบริหาร วิชิต หล่อจีระชุณห์กุล https://digiverse.chula.ac.th/digital/file_upload/biblio/cover/73922.jpg |
