The research has been conducted by 3 aspects and the findings revealed as follows: 1. From the survey and analysis of the present conditions and problems in 22 foundry factories, it was found that in large-sized factories, the modem technologies and tools were widely untilized in production and management processes. Problems found were the lack of skilled labors and the shortage of raw materials. The medium-sized and small-sized factories problems were similar. Additional crises were the lack of modem technologies for effective production and management processes, the lack of planning and quality control system and the low-quality products. 2. To set up data base for foundry industry, a data base was designed for keeping essential information and data concerning foundry industry. This serves as a data base for those government and public concerns. 3. A case study on the conditions and problems of a selected foundry factory was conducted. The analysis revealed that the factor)’ was facing with major problems similar to those of medium-sized and small-sized factories such as shortage of skilled labors, lack of systematic planning and management process, poor quality control system. The most crucial problem was the losses in the production due to low quality products, low productivity, high cost of production, etc. A problem-oriented computer program for keeping and analysing operational problems has been created to help minimizing the losses and improving the production and management processes ๒ the foundry factory. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาวะปัญหาของอุตสาหกรรมหล่อโลหะที่เป็นอยู่ปัจจุบัน ซึ่งนำไปสู่การกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมประเภทนี้ต่อไป ในการดำเนินงานได้แบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน และปรากฏผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1. การวิเคราะห์สภาวะและปัญหาของอุตสาหกรรมหล่อโลหะ จากการเข้าสำรวจโรงงานหล่อโลหะจำนวน 22 โรงงาน พบว่า โรงงานขนาดใหญ่ มีการบริหารงานที่เป็นระบบมีการใช้อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือในกระบวนการผลิต ตลอดจนการควบคุมคุณภาพที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับโรงงานขนาดใหญ่คือ การขาดแคลนแรงงานช่างฝีมือและปัญหาการขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบ สำหรับโรงงานขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็กมีสภาพโดยทั่วไปและประสบปัญหาที่คล้ายคลึงกันได้แก่ การขาดแคลนอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือในกระบวนการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ขาดแคลนแรงงาน ไม่มีระบบการบริหารงาน ไม่มีการวางแผนและการควบคุมการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพต่ำ 2. การจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลอุตสาหกรรมหล่อโลหะ โดยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลของอุตสาหกรรมหล่อโลหะ ออกแบบและสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูล เพื่อการจัดเก็บและนำเสนอข้อมูลได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ใช้งานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน 3. การวิเคราะห์สภาวะและปัญหาของโรงงานตัวอย่าง พบว่าปัญหาที่โรงงานตัวอย่างประสบมีลักษณะสอดคล้องกับปัญหาของโรงงานขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็กที่ได้สำรวจได้แก่ การขาดแคลนแรงงาน การขาดระบบการบริหารงาน ไม่มีระบบการวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต ไม่มีระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพที่ดี แต่ปัญหาที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ การเกิดของเสีย ในปริมาณสูง การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงได้รวบรวมข้อมูลผลผลิตและข้อบกพร่องชิ้นงานหล่อโดยการจัดทำระบบรหัส ระบบตรวจสอบชิ้นงานหล่อ และจัดทำโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์งานหล่อ เพื่อให้ใด้ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนอันจะนำไปสู่การลดปริมาณของเสีย และเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและระบบการบริหารงานในอุตสาหกรรมหล่อโลหะต่อไป โลหะ -- การหล่อ อุตสาหกรรมโลหะ Metal castings Mineral industries วันชัย ริจิรวนิช ไพบูลย์ ชูพึ่งอาตม์ https://digiverse.chula.ac.th/digital/file_upload/biblio/cover/62113.jpg |
