The consequence of political fragmentation is instability of the coalition government which weakens parliamentarian system of Thai politics. ศึกษาปัญหาการแตกแยกของพรรคการเมืองที่ร่วมรัฐบาลผสมเดียวกัน อันเป็นการแตกแยกทั้งภายในของแต่ละพรรคการเมือง และการแตกแยกระหว่างพรรคการเมือง โดยได้ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบจากกรณีรัฐบาลผสมของนายชวน หลีกภัย กับรัฐบาลผสมของนายบรรหาร ศิลปอาชา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การเกิดการแตกแยกของพรรคการเมืองในรัฐบาลผสมทั้งสองรัฐบาล มีสาเหตุมาจากการเกิดความขัดแย้งที่แตกต่างกัน โดยในรัฐบาลของนายชวน หลีกภัย จะเกิดจากความขัดแย้งเรื่องของความไม่เห็นชอบร่วมกัน ในนโยบายการทำงาน และมีความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกันเป็นปัจจัยหลัก ขณะที่ความขัดแย้งเกี่ยวกับตัวบุคคลและผลประโยชน์เป็นเพียงปัจจัยรอง ในทางตรงกันข้ามรัฐบาลนายบรรหาร ศิลปอาชา จะเกิดปัญหาความแตกแยกของพรรคการเมือง โดยเฉพาะภายในพรรคชาติไทยที่เป็นแกนนำรัฐบาล จากการขัดแย้งกันในเรื่องแก่งแย่งตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีเพียงประการเดียว ผลที่เกิดขึ้นพบว่า การเกิดการแตกแยกของพรรคการเมืองในรัฐบาลผสม มักจะทำให้รัฐบาลผสมประสบกับความไร้เสถียรภาพอยู่เสมอๆ และทำให้การเมืองไทยในระบบรัฐสภามีความอ่อนแออยู่เรื่อยมา 200 pages ความขัดแย้ง (จิตวิทยา) พรรคการเมือง รัฐบาลผสม วิทยา สุจริตธนารักษ์ https://digiverse.chula.ac.th/digital/file_upload/biblio/cover/59735.jpg |
