The result of the study indicates that above all the police s operation is for himself, then for police s organization, country and public social respectively. Also the police does every way to use power for the success to save the power and situation. Police s use of power is similar to The Prince in doing every way to save the state and the prince himself. การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อต้องการทราบถึงการใช้อำนาจของตำรวจว่าเป็นไปโดยถูกต้องเพียงใด มีวิธีการและวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้อำนาจนั้นอย่างไร ทั้งนี้โดยเปรียบเทียบกับแนวความคิดเรื่องวิธีการและวัตถุประสงค์ในกาวใช้อำนาจของ "เจ้าผู้ปกครอง" ตามแนวความคิดของ นิโคโล มาคิอาเวลลี ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า ในกาวปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตำรวจได้กระทำไปโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อตนเองเป็นลำดับแรก จากนั้นจึงเป็นการกระทำเพื่อองค์กรตำรวจ , เพี่อประเทศชาติ และเพี่อสังคมส่วนรวมสำหรับวิธีการใช้อำนาจนั้น พบว่า เพี่อรักษาไว้ซึ่งอำนาจและสถานภาพของตนเอง ตำรวจจะใช้อำนาจโดยไม่คำนึงถึงวิธีการที่ใช้ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าวและความสำเร็จของงาน จึงลักษณะของการใช้อำนาจของตำรวจเช่นนี้ จัดได้ว่ามีลักษณะเดียวกันกับวิธีการใช้อำนาจของ "เจ้าผู้ปกกรอง" ที่จะกระทำทุกวิถีทางโดยไม่คำนึงถึงวิธีการว่าขัดต่อคุณธรรมหรือศีลธรรมอย่างไร เพี่อดำรงและรักษาไว้ ซึ่งความสงบสุขและความมั่นคงแห่งรัฐหรือเจ้าผู้ปกกรอง 139 pages มาคิอาเวลลี, นิโคโล, ค.ศ. 1469-1527 -- ทัศนะทางการเมืองและสังคม มาคิอาเวลลี, นิโคโล, ค.ศ. 1469-1527. เจ้า ตำรวจ -- ไทย ไชยันต์ ไชยพร https://digiverse.chula.ac.th/digital/file_upload/biblio/cover/57876.jpg |
