The researchers propose and implement the concept of shop floor management which relates to production scheduling, dispatching, move between cells, controlling and monitoring to this factory. This research has 5 parts. First part is to improve production scheduling. In this part search for appropriate production scheduling, using the heuristics method and a computer program is also developed and used for the production scheduling. The result of all experiments can be concluded that BF-heuristics provides the best efficiency in production scheduling. In the weighted mean flow time give a percentage of improvement with 52.46%, in the mean lateness with 4.9%, in the mean tardiness with 1.15% and in the number of tardy job with 4.91% The second and the third part of research are dispatching and move between cells. After the production schedule the researcher will to improve the system of dispatching and move between cells to be a standard document, work instruction. It is found that the dispatching and move between cells are systematically. The fourth part is to improve controlling by a standard of production control, using the 4M concepts (Man, Machine, Material and Method). The researcher is to study and collect problems from shop floor of a case study factory and improve to be a standard document. It is found that shop floor can be managed with more efficient manner. And the last part is monitoring. A computer program is also developed and used for monitoring. It is found that monitoring can be cover and can be select from various constraint of production. The result of improvement is to decrease the time of this activity. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบการบริหารและควบคุมกิจกรรมในพื้นที่ผลิตสำหรับโรงงานผลิตอะลูมิเนียมเส้นหน้าตัดให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการจัดการพื้นที่ผลิตมาประยุกต์ ซึ่งแนวคิดนี้เกี่ยวกับ การกำหนดตารางการผลิต การปล่อยงานเข้าสู่ช่วงการผลิต การเคลื่อนย้ายระหว่างหน่วยการผลิต การควบคุม และการติดตาม ซึ่งต้องอาศัยข้อมูลจากพื้นที่ผลิตมาทำการตัดสินใจอย่างเหมาะสม โดยงานวิจัยนี้จะแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ส่วน ส่วนแรก คือ การปรับปรุงระบบการกำหนดตารางการผลิต โดยจะทำการวิจัยเพื่อหาฮิวริสติกส์ที่เหมาะสมในการจัดตารางสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ในแต่ละด้านที่เหมาะสมกับโรงงานกรณีศึกษา และทำการพัฒนาขึ้นเป็นโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการจัดตารางการผลิต ซึ่งผลการปรับปรุง คือ BF ฮิวริสติกส์จะให้ประสิทธิภาพที่ดีที่สุด ในด้านเวลาไหลเฉลี่ยของงานที่ถูกถ่วงน้ำหนัก โดยมีเปอร์เซ็นต์การปรับปรุง 52.46 % ในด้านค่าเฉลี่ยเวลางานสาย มีเปอร์เซ็นต์การปรับปรุง 4.9 % ในด้านค่าเฉลี่ยเวลางานล่าช้า มีเปอร์เซ็นต์การปรับปรุง 1.15 % ในด้านจำนวนงานล่าช้า มีเปอร์เซ็นต์การปรับปรุง 4.91 % ส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 คือ การปล่อยงานเข้าสู่ช่วงการผลิต และการเคลื่อนย้ายระหว่างหน่วยการผลิต หลังจากที่ได้ตารางการผลิตที่เหมาะสมแล้ว จะทำการสร้างระบบการปล่อยงานเข้าสู่ช่วงการผลิต และการเคลื่อนย้ายระหว่างหน่วยการผลิตที่เป็นมาตรฐานให้กับทางโรงงานกรณีศึกษา โดยจะจัดทำวิธีการทำงานมาตรฐานขึ้น ทำให้การปล่อยงานเข้าสู่ช่วงการผลิต และการเคลื่อนย้ายระหว่างหน่วยการผลิตมีระบบขึ้นจากเดิม ส่วนที่ 4 คือ การควบคุม จะทำการจัดทำมาตรการในการควบคุมการผลิต โดยใช้หลัก 4 M คือ Man (บุคลากร) Machine (เครื่องจักร) Material (วัตถุดิบ) และ Method (วิธีการทำงาน) ซึ่งทางผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมปัญหาที่พบได้บ่อยในพื้นที่ผลิตจากโรงงานกรณีศึกษาตาม 4 หัวข้อหลัก และจัดทำวิธีการทำงานมาตรฐานขึ้น ทำให้สามารถควบคุมพื้นที่ผลิตให้เกิดการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ ส่วนที่ 5 คือ การติดตามสถานะงาน โดยจะทำการพัฒนาขึ้นในลักษณะของโปรแกรมในการติดตามสถานะงาน ทำให้สามารถติดตามสถานะงานได้อย่างครอบคลุม และสามารถเลือกการติดตามด้วยเงื่อนไขทางการผลิตที่หลากหลาย ส่งผลให้ลดเวลาในการติดตามลง การควบคุมการผลิต การกำหนดงานการผลิต การจัดการโรงงาน อุตสาหกรรมอะลูมินัม Production control Production scheduling Factory management Aluminum industry and trade ปารเมศ ชุติมา https://digiverse.chula.ac.th/digital/file_upload/biblio/cover/44501.jpg |
