| الملخص: | ON:BOARD is a healthcare service system designed to alleviate caregivers’ anxiety and stress in the emergency department through all the stages of the patient’s journey.
The product system consists of 3 components; mobile application, physicality of the system (tracker wristband and infographics) and re-organisation of the waiting areas according to the patient’s priority list.
Especially during COVID-19 pandemic and all the social distancing measures being implemented, a sense of assurance can be provided through an efficient and intuitive modular system. Caregivers are empowered with key information about the patient’s journey through self-navigation on the app.
