總結:Motivated by the implications and consequences of managing organisational diversity present in a competitive business environment, our paper seeks to investigate the inter- and intra-cultural variations in both life and work values held by Singaporean Chinese, PRC Chinese and Japanese expatriates in Singapore. Our study incorporated the Schwartz Value Survey (SVS) and the Elizur Work Values Survey (EWVS) for the measure of basic life and work values respectively.
