總結: | This research is done to know the ability of the steadiness and understanding
of Diklatpim level IV Badiklat Defense Ministry to create civil worker in a good
government administration defense in the nasional defense institation and its influense
to the society in general, also its implication to the nasional defence.This research is
done by qualitative method by collecting data through deep interview with the
respondent and continued by sorting the data. The improvement and development of
working can not be separated from working disipline, because the connection of
working-working dicipline level is very close with working productivity,and if the
workerds working dicipline is low,it will give influence into low human resourse too.
From the achievement of workers, they succestor failure to reach the organisation
goal will beseen. Where to start, and the influence factors of the working area, is
classified in to three parts, i.e. organization problem, discipline and working
atmosphere. Strategy improvement of working disipline to increase human resources
cover are first, improve motivation, second, increase the members wealth, third,
member statement to be ready to work, fourth, thightly supervision.
Objective condition of workers and working productivity from the research
result can be said is still low, and that Diklatpim IV is influenced much by dicipline
level,so the strategy to increase the understanding diklatpim level IV Badiklat
Defence Ministry used to create civil worker in a good Defence Ministry
