الملخص: | This research is intended to provide an overview and advise the company how to
have a predeterminined strategy can work well. After the implementation of the
strategy, companies should evaluate the implementation of the strategy so that
corporate objectives can be reach.
The purpose of this research is to evaluated implementation of Bank Mandiri
strategy and formulated alternative strategy for Bank Mandiri, especially in cluster
Roxy Mas. The formulated strategy is created in order to increase Bank Mandiri
market share. The creation of strategy is begin with an analysis from internal and
external environment and also condition of customer.
The result of analysis shows that for branch network, Bank Mandiri have a
competitive and representative location. But in ATM network Bank Mandiri must
increase numbers and feature of ATM. |
