總結:The policy to use Ngabean parking lot for tourist transports visiting Kraton Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta Palace) is not supported by the provision of good pedestrian pathways between them. The relatively long distance (± 800m), poor pedestrian lanes, and lack of tourism facilities have made the corridor between KH Agus Salim and Kauman Street unattractive for walking tourists. They prefer to park at the North Square (Alun-alun Utara), as it is closer to the Kraton and more spacious. One way to understand human requirements for doing their activity in a certain place or environment is by conducting an environmental behavior study. The behavior of walking tourists between Northern Square and Kraton was studied using Persons Centered Mapping Method to know the pedestrians' needs in relation to their traveling between parking areas and tourism objects. Study to the behavior of pedestrians walking between the parking place and the tourism objects found an environmental behavior phenomenon, which indicate their needs of orientation, comfort , crowding, and ease to find gifts. In response to the possibility of developing KH Agus Salim - Kauman corridor as a walking tourist pathway between Ngabean parking lot and Kraton Yogyakarta, so the above phenomenon was verified. Keywords : Behavioral Phenomenon, WalkingTourists, Parking Place and Tourism Object.
