| Summary: | This research as a purpose to know and analized how a protections notary by
law as official public if they did a mistake when make official document aka akte and
how consequences be based on law or ordinances.
The kind of research use normative research to get substance as literatures. It
begin to collect any of dates as a sources and arrange them to systematic analysis in a
qualitative structure.
Based on to result of research, we can know the clasifficatios of laws had been
protect the notary if they had a mistakes can meet as exsplisites in ordinances number
2 year 2014 about the changes of ordinances number 30 year 2004 about notary, and
then how the honor committee of notary give a permissions or not to investigation
officer even judge of ministry of justice to investigate the notary. The law effects if
notary have mistake to the document as deformity document when the consumers
lying or cheat to the notary and lost of authenticity document if the document break
the law, and become to reason for consumens whose get loseto demand the
costreplacement, compensation and to interest to notary.
