This research focus on three problems of Tunggak-Tunggak Jati novel, namely novel�s structure of Tunggak-Tunggak Jati, world view which expressed in Tunggak-Tunggak Jatiand the author and novel genesis. Tunggak-Tunggak Jatinovel written by Esmiet used as the object material of this research tells about the conditions of Javanese and Chinese society in Kalidawir East Java. The reseacher used Lucien Goldmann genetic structuralism theory to find out world view and the relation of literary structure. Dialectic method, look at texts as the initial and end point of the research and observe meaning coherency as a whole, was used in this research. To find out the genesis and world view, It needed analysis of Tunggak-Tunggak Jatinovel intrinsic structure and relation of characters with objects and their environment, world view which expressed in Tunggak-Tunggak Jatiand the relation between literary structure and the world view will answer why the world view was created and grown in society. The result of the research indicated that Tunggak-Tunggak Jatinovel structure was analysed by looking for human and human, human and god, and human and nature relations. Based on the relationstructure above, the reseacher found there were efforts from javanese indigenes to cross class social and to reach prosperity as nonindigenes Javanese looked down on their social class. The world view toward marhaenism was caused by the differences between social class in high social strata and low social strata. Marhaenism became important for Esmiet because by using that idiology he could raise up Javanese indigens social status and became equal to the non Javanese indigenes struggling with non Javanese indigenes suppression. Esmiet described Javanese indigenes� life in the character of Karmodo who tried to cross social class and created prosperity to make the Javanese indigenes equal.
