Summary:The purpose of this research was to determine the forms of credit crunch happened and to investigate the process of resolution of problem loans and also the constraints typically encountered in terms of resolution of problem loans particularly employees who use a credit Decree of the Civil Service in PD. BPR Bank Jogja. This research is an empirical juridical, descriptive analytical research reports. The data required in this research is primary data and secondary data. Secondary data collection tool is the research of documents, while for primary data collection using a non random with the type of purposive sampling. The method of data analysis in this research is a qualitative analysis method is a procedure for research that produces descriptive data analysis. The results of this research are: (1). There are three forms of non-performing loans, the first, non-performing loans classified as substandard, second, nonperforming loans classified as doubtful, third, non-performing loans classified as Loss (2). Troubled debt settlement process is done by consistently charging as well as through other non-litigation efforts ssperti rescheduling, restructuring and reconditioning remove the book. (3). Constraints are often encountered in the field due to two factors, namely, first, the internal factors include the reluctance of banks to carry out the execution of collateral and loan initiation errors early, the two factors of self faktorinternal the debtor, among other payment sources are insufficient, not good faith of the debtor , abuse of authority by the treasurer salary.
